Are you a farmer interested in expanding your markets? When marketing fresh fruits and vegetables, understanding the processes affecting product quality during storage is essential in obtaining a premium price for the product.
To assist new or experienced growers in developing skills that will provide a competitive advantage within the fresh produce market, N.C. The workshop will be held, Monday, April 25, 6 p.m. at the McDowell Senior Center, 100 Spaulding Road, Marion, 28752.
