NC Farmers of the Foothills Meeting With USDA-FSA Representative

Join us for an informative evening as the NC Farmers of the Foothills host a special meeting with a Olivia Knott, representative from the USDA-Farm Service Agency. Ms. Knott will be sharing valuable insights into various programs offered by the Farm Service Agency that can greatly benefit our local farmers.

  • Time: 6:00 PM
  • Place:  County Services Bldg, 60 East Court St, Marion, 2nd Floor
  • A virtual option will be provided.  If you need to join virtually, let Molly know by calling 828-652-8104.  A Zoom link will be sent out via email.

Tentative Agenda:
  • 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM: Presentation by Olivia Knott, USDA-Farm Service Agency Representative Learn about the latest programs, resources, and opportunities available to support farmers in our community. Bring your questions and concerns for an interactive session.
  • 6:45 PM - 7:30 PM: NC Farmers of the Foothills Open Discussion Following the presentation, we will open the floor for a discussion on the upcoming production season. Share your needs, wants, and any challenges you foresee. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate and strategize for a successful season ahead.
  • You are welcome to leave after the presentation from Olivia Knott if you don't want to participate in the Open Discussion.
