The Extension Master Gardener program can be a fun, rewarding experience. The first step in becoming an Extension Master Gardener℠ volunteer (EMGV) in McDowell County is attending an information session. During this session, you will learn what it means to be an EMGV, and the training and volunteer requirements for the program. This will help you decide if becoming an EMGV is the right choice for you.
