Challenge Yourself This Holiday Season

It’s that time of year when all we can think about are the delicious delicacies of the holiday goodies and meals. We challenge each of you to maintain that weight, don’t gain! While this seems challenging around the holiday meals, you can do it! Join us for the Holiday Challenge of eating smart, moving more, and weighing less. 

The Holiday Challenge is a FREE seven-week program that encourages participants to not gain that extra 1-5 pounds that most individuals gain around the holiday season. This program gives insightful ways to maintain your current weight, or even lose some, by eating smart and moving more this holiday season. You get strategies and tools such as daily tips to manage stress, survive that holiday party with too many goodies, and to move more this winter. It also includes weekly challenges, healthy recipes, newsletters, and your own support group through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest.
