Collapse ▲July is National Peach Month! Back in 1982, President Ronald Reagan declared that every July would be celebrated as National Peach Month. The National Peach Council, formed in 1958, still promotes peach activities and recipes today. They encouraged people to “Reach for a Peach” to remind people to eat peaches in the month of July. I’m sharing a recipe from my friend, Rhonda Church, EFNEP educator in Ashe County. Her Peach Buckle Muffins recipe is a great way to celebrate National Peach Month! Enjoy!
