It's summer. It's HOT. It's time for the 76th Annual McDowell County Junior Livestock Show. It's tradition. A tradition we hold dear to our hearts in the McDowell County agriculture community.
The 2022 Livestock Show will be held Friday, August 5 and Saturday, August 6 at the McDowell Agricultural Center, Inc., 188 Ag Services Drive, Marion, 28752. This show is a great show for both new and experienced exhibitors. Any North Carolina youth that have not surpassed their 18th birthday as of January 1, 2022 are eligible to show.
The McDowell County Junior Livestock Show is hosted by the McDowell County Agricultural Youth Foundation. The Ag Youth Foundation has supported opportunities for McDowell County youth in agriculture since 1994.
