Eat Better, Eat Together Month

Let's celebrate Eat Better, Eat Together Month for October. There are so many activities in the evenings that pull us in different places, sitting down to a family meal seems impossible. For the month of October, make it a rule to have a least one meal together a week. Put all electronics away. Assign everyone a task. Get in the kitchen together. Have theme dinner nights. You can have a camp fire night and fix things that can only be fixed on a campfire. Have breakfast food for supper. If you have small ones, pick a letter of the alphabet and fix only foods that begin with that letter. There are so many themes to choose from; so be sure to get the input of your family. Enjoy your family time together and the excitement of new dinners!
