  • Families : Share Your Knowledge – The early years of childhood are an important time for learning. Learn how you can help your child in the early years of development. January Growing Together Newsletter linked at the bottom.
  • Finger Food Safety: Growing Together Newsletter -When introducing finger foods to your young child, there are a few safety tips to keep in mind to prevent choking. Finger food safety and other great articles are in February’s Growing Together Newsletter.
  • Healthy Stress Management Techniques – Learn how to model a healthy response to stress with these quick tips. The March Growing Together newsletter has several great articles (including topics like dealing with stress) for parents of young children as well as a calendar of activities.
  • Encouraging Picky Eaters – It’s natural for young children to be a bit picky when trying new foods. Though it can feel very frustrating for parents to navigate meal time in these situations. This article will go over some healthy tips for encouraging picky eaters. The April Growing Together Newsletter is linked at the end.
