Students at pesticide recertification class

The goal of pesticide applicator certification/recertification and licensing is to protect people, property, the food supply, and the environment from both pests and pesticide misuse by ensuring the initial and continued competence of pesticide applicators.  Each year, recertification credits are offered throughout North Carolina.

Unfortunately, McDowell County will not be able to offer recertification credits this year due to the vacancy on our staff.  Fortunately, classes will be offered in other surrounding counties.  If you need pesticide credits, please follow these links.
