The N.C. Cooperative Extension-McDowell County Center's “Keep McDowell Beautiful” program will be partnering with the Marion East Community Forum to host a community-wide clean-up day. We will provide trash bags, gloves, safety vests, and training to volunteers.

We will begin the event with a recycling workshop to help educate our volunteers about which materials are able to be recycled at our local facilities.

The event is on March 16, 2024 from noon until 3 p.m.  We'll meet at 635 Baldwin Ave., Marion, NC.
