The fourth of July is quickly approaching, which means plenty of cookouts and picnics. If you're looking for a healthy, patriotic snack, try a Flag Fruit or Veggies Tray. Whether you get the fruit or veggies from a tailgate market, local produce stand, or the grocery store; please be sure to wash your fruit before serving. Another great idea is to take a slightly bigger pan then the serving pan, fill it with water, freeze it and then place the serving tray into that pan to keep the fruit dish cool. Try these different snacks for the red, white and blue in the flag. Happy 4th of July!
