It is that time of year again! The Youth Foundation will be hosting the 2023 Kathy Norman Memorial Junior Horse Show this upcoming April 22nd. It will be held at the McDowell Bridle & Saddle Club Arena starting at 10 am. Below you will find the rules and regulations as well as the entry form.
